Estimation and resolution of surface damage disputes and drillsite location and easement settlements. Certain clients have granted us full settlement authority to resolve disputes including the location of and compensation for roads, rights-of-way, flowage easements and site facilities.

Acquisition of substantial rights and parcels of land throughout the country. These transactions have ranged from individual owners with small tracts to major purchases from large corporations.

Secondary Recovery 

Since 1978 our associations have provided land management assistance to the oil and gas industry in the formulation and implementation of water floods, gas re-pressurization projects and other enhanced recovery operations.
